Reynolds Air & Heat’s core KPI is booking service calls as a local service-based HVAC company. As one of many HVAC companies in its service area, Reynolds relies on digital marketing to elevate its profile through its website and Google Business Profile (GBP), which endures Google’s endless algorithm updates.

Many of the challenges they experience online come from working in a highly competitive industry and constantly shifting search algorithms.

Solution

Focusing on our core KPI, we began by laying a solid SEO foundation, including updating title tags, meta descriptions, correct schema, and on-page SEO structure.

Next, we completed a content audit and created a plan to update and optimize out-of-date content. We also looked for keyword gaps in content that our client’s competitors are ranking for.

Additionally, we implemented a content amplification strategy designed to earn relevant backlinks and target a local audience.

Finally, we analyzed our client’s GBP and developed a custom strategy to ask for customer reviews and further optimization and service promotion.
