We must look at trends in the market and see what is working for our competitors. Then we take the good and leave the bad. We don't copy them exactly, but we use the principles and apply them to our marketing and branding efforts.

You never get a second chance at a first impression. When branding your business online the first place your leads will go is most likely your website. What are you communicating? Is it dated or confusing? Is it optimized for mobile or take to long to load? Google shows people will leave your site if it takes more than 2 secs to load... crazy! 5. Clarify Your Message

K.I.S.S - Keep It Simple....Silly!!! Don't make your audience work to understand your brands message. They should be able to get it right away. If you have to explain your message, then your marketing has not done it's job. Stay away from confusing metaphors and focus more on what will connect your audience to your brand.
